Impedance tubes
The Mecanum's impedance tubes are specifically designed to measure the main normal indicators of a wide range of acoustical materials. The method is based on ASTM E1050 and ISO 10534-2 standards.

Features
Standard Mecanum's impedance tube system includes a 44.5-mm medium diameter impedance tube to cover the 100-4100 Hz frequency range, a DAQ system, the software Tube-X, and a verification sample used to check the measurement procedure. Tube-X software fully controls the measurement procedure from the calibration to the measurement itself. It corrects for atmospheric conditions and tube's internal dissipation. Small and Large tubes are also available to cover respectively the 50-1600 Hz and the 500-6000 Hz frequency range.
